Benefits Team support covers all inquiries and requests related to government-mandated benefits, company-provided programs, and employee welfare services. This ensures that benefit-related matters are administered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.


The following concerns are included under Employee Benefits:


  • Government-Mandated Concerns (SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG): Assistance with updates, inquiries, and documentation related to statutory benefits
  • MedVale: Support for inquiries and requests related to the MedVale program (applicable for HeadOffice employees only)
  • HMO-Related Inquiry/Request:  Coordination and assistance involving healthcare coverage, enrollment, and availment.
  • Group Life Insurance: Processing and clarification of group life insurance coverage and related benefits
  • Uniform-Related Inquiry: Assistance regarding issuance, replacement, or concerns related to employee uniforms
  • Leave-Related Concern/Request: Support for leave entitlement, application, and processing
  • Certificate of Contribution: Issuance of official contribution records for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag- IBIG, and other mandated agencies


This service ensures that employees receive proper guidance and support regarding all benefit-related matters
