Employee Data Management provides support for all matters related to maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. This service ensures that employment information, documentation, and system updates are processed in a timely and compliant manner.


The following concerns are handled under Employee Data Management:

  • Personnel Action Notice (PAN) – Processing of personnel movements and employment-relatedchanges

  • Probationary Assessment Form – Submission and recording of employee probationary evaluationresults

  • Project Contract Extension – Coordination and documentation of project-based contract extensions

  • End of Contract Request – Processing and confirmation of contract end dates

  • Contract Extension – Handling of employment contract renewal or extension requests

  • Employment Verification – Confirmation of employment details as requested by authorized parties

  • Request for Certificate of Employment – Preparation and issuance of COE for active employees

  • Sprout Changes/Update – Processing updates to employee information within the HRIS (Sprout)

This service ensures that employee data is managed with accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence toorganizational policies.
